With Carlos' help, I tried unloading the library after startup.
Unfortunately, this
causes Chrome to crash every time because they don't unhook on
FreeLibrary(). I
checked the messageloop - they aren't hooking that. So I'm not sure which
hooking
mechanism they are using, but I'm fairly certain that it is non trivial to
block.
Carlos suggests that we put an install/startup check to detect this and
warn the
user.
