What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. navigate to http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/list
2. move the cursor to the white space between an issue's Summary and its
Modified date, so that the text in the row turns blue.
3. Click your mouse's scroll wheel

What is the expected result?
a) the middle-click should activate auto-scrolling, as in FF2 and IE7
(issue 11 / 1295)

-OR-

b) the linked issue page should open in a new tab, as middle-clicking a
link normally does

What happens instead?
the linked page opens in the same tab
