Comment #2 by dianalynn7: Virtually the same problem is occurring on the IMF's site here: http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/weo/2008/update/03/index.htm I keep getting an error message stating the file cannot be found (screenshot attached). However, sometimes it will open (using Chrome) either by directly clicking on the link or by opening it in new tab. It's very temperamental...
