I never saw Ian morphed this bug. I don't agree with the morph. The
original bug as
filed is just about fixing a case where we don't comply with Windows-native
behavior.
We need to fix that anyway, and once we do, the "delay" idea becomes mostly
unnecessary, I think. (Or at least I hope so; these delays are retarded
x10.)
