Issue 4340: Can not comment on flickr

URLs (if applicable) : whole flickr.com
Other browsers tested:
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in
2. type something in a comment box
3. click comment, nothing happens
What is the expected result?
The page should reload and the comment should be posted to the image page
What happens instead?
Nothing
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I use Chromium from the buildbot snapshots. I had this problem for maybe
about the last 1000 revisions.
