Issue 4368: Default fullzoom level

Chrome Version : 0.3.155
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Increase fullzoom level
2. Close Chrome and restart it OR type another URL
3. Fullzoom will be 100% again
What is the expected result?
The browser should remember last fullzoom configuration I selected. If
possible, there should be an option about this in "Chrome Options" window.
What happens instead?
Chrome forgets the zoom I want when I close the browser or when I type
another url.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
