Issue 4377: Hot-mail Bug!

URLs (if applicable) :www.hotmail.com
Other browsers tested: Internet Explorer
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: Ok
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to www.hotmail.com
2. Log in.
3. Create new message.
What is the expected result?
Cannot Input text into the body of the e-mail.
What happens instead?
The letters woun't apear in the body forcing you to use IE to send e-mails.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
