Issue 4418: LDAP / NTLM No Longer Works

Safari 3: FAIL
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
IE 6: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup a website in IIS for Windows Authentication
2. Access website from Chrome
3. HTTP Error 401.2 is returned
What is the expected result?
As with previous version of chrome, I expect the site to ask me for a
password and let me in on correct entering of the password
What happens instead?
Chrome doesn't ask for a password and instantly fails the authentication.
