New issue report by oleg.titov: Chrome Version : latest from http://chrome.google.com URLs (if applicable) : Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 3: Firefox 3: IE 7: What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Install Windows XP Home (Spanish) SP3 2. In "Control panel" run "Configuracion regional y de idioma", select "Opciones avanzada" tab, in "Idiomapara programa no Unicode" select "Ruso" 3. Visit http://chrome.google.com and try to install Google Chrome 4. Observe error 103 If I select "Español" in mentioned field the installation will end successfully. What is the expected result? What happens instead? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
