Comment #2 by bksening: [Confirmed] for Chrome 0.4.154.18 (Official Build 5194). This is a big problem! In the repro steps, (3) should be Ctrl + Shift + Click a link (to open a tab WITH focus). The workaround is as mentioned later, just Ctrl + Click.
