Issue 4480: Duplicate Bookmark Entries

Chrome Version: 0.4.154.18 with bookmarks being imported from Firefox
during installation process
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chrome browser with bookmarks being imported from Firefox.
2. Uninstall Chrome browser.
3. Re-install Chrome Browser and during installation I have chosen to
import Firefox bookmarks, as I did it in step 1.
What is the expected result?
I should have got only the bookmarks stored in Firefox.
What happens instead?
All bookmarks are duplicated. Thus the previous un-istalled browser still
holds the bookmarks and the new installation is fetching them again,
causing duplication of bookmark entries.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
