What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to any page
2. Click a link to move to another page
3. Click the back button before the "Click to go back, hold to see history"
tool-tip shows
4. Move the mouse into the current page before the tool-tip text displays
5. The previous page will not be displayed
6. The "Click to go back, hold to see history" tool-tip will remain on
screen obscuring part of the page
7. You must move the mouse out of the current page for the tool-tip to be
removed
