Mark: those are actually separate issues. 93 was because we were doing
sync calls
from renderer to the plugin when scrolling, and was part of our
multi-process
architecture. This is happening because plugins are taking a long time to
initialize, and happens in other browsers as well. I still haven't seen
any evidence
that we're doing anything wrong here, or that we can improve this.
