Issue 3379: First Run UI imports duplicate bookmarks

1. Install 0.3.154.9 and at First Run UI click on Start Google Chrome(This
imports
bookmarks from IE as it's the default browser)
2. Uninstall Chrome 154.9(This leaves User Data)
3. Now, Install 0.4.154.22 and at FRUI click on start Google Chrome. Now
you should
see two copies of each bookmark.
Please let me know if you still have problem reproducing this.
