Steps:
1. Run RTL Chrome
2. Go to
http://www.microsoft.com/israel/windows/ie/ie7/about/customizelinks.mspx
3. Choose "Create application shortcuts" menu
4. Observe
Result:
English and Hebrew mixed text out of Gears boundary
Expected:
Text should be displayed following the logic order and should not out of
boundary
Notes:
Gears dialog itself is in RTL layout which is correct
