Disallowing URL change during onclick is exactly what FF 3.0 and IE 7.0  
seem to be
doing.

As far as I can tell, this would only be required for URL spoofing. Can  
anyone think
of a legitimate use for changing the URL during onclick? Otherwise, Chrome  
might
just as well disallow it and be done with it.
