Tested scrolling on following configurations :
* dell vostro 1000 with Synaptics PS/2 Port touchpad
* dell inspiron 6000 with Alps touchpad
I am able to scroll webpages without any issue. Above issue not
reproducible with
Chrome 0.3.154.9
