Jason, your issue is probably different than what Michael is/was having and  
as such a new bug should have been
launched.

However, I took a look at the minidump file and it looks to me like the  
problem is in the Intel driver for the
network card (e100b325.sys).

The first thing I would recommend is to update the drivers for that card  
through the Intel support site and if
that doesn't work, send them a new minidump file (not the one you sent us,  
since it will have the old version
info).

Here is the full analysis - albeit somewhat incomplete (due to lack of
