When I tested downloading from IE7, it worked just fine and it asked me
about
importing settings as well as setting up shortcuts. My best guess is that
it was
already installed during the first attempt on Sept 2, 2008 3:17 PM EST and
at that
time it was buggy and did not launch the setup window. I'm attaching
that .exe file
instead. Pls confirm.
