Outstanding issues in bug 2604 were fixed. The only remaining issue is:

and only happens on Visual Studio 2008 on Vista x64. Building on Visual
Studio 2005 is fine. This is
definitely a PATH environment trick to fix. I don't have spare cycles to
fix that since it is not a blocker
for us. If you want to have fame and truly want to contribute, please grab
and fix this issue. I'll review the
changes. Thanks.
