causes double click

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chrome and have it on screen
2. Open something else and have it on top of chrome
3. Click chrome.  It will act as a double click.

What is the expected result?
Should simple focus Chrome

What happens instead?
Chrome is focused and a double click is executed

possible.
