This bug still exists in version 0.4.154.29, the actual code behind the image is displayed instead of Chrome rendering it as an image. This may be caused because of the fact that the URL to the image is: chrome-resource://thumb/*INSERTAURLHERE* (e.g. chrome-resource://thumb/http://support.dell.com/).
