Try changing the user-agent of Safari to FF and see if the toolbars
appear. It is
possible that they are not recognizing the WebKit user-agent and omitting
the
toolbars themselves.
If this is the case then I have had some success in asking sites, nicely,
to fix
their stuff with a pointer to the user-agent FAQ at
http://www.google.com/chrome/intl/en/webmasters-faq.html#useragent
