How to use the Unicode input:
1. Download Unicode input by click "here" link on
http://www.fileformat.info/tool/unicodeinput/index.htm
2. Run unicodeinput.exe
3. Focus the cursor in an input box
4. Hit Alt + GreyPlus
5. There should be an "Unicode Input" dialog pop up now
6. Type "202B"
7. Click "Send" button
