Browse to http://www.fido.ca/web/Fido.portal? _nfpb=true&_pageLabel=MonthlyPlans 2. Hover any part of the page that it don't have any link. What is the expected result? The cursor should be arrow. What happens instead? The cursor turns to hour glass. Please provide any additional information below.
