Um... I suspect this is different. Can you ask the user to tell us: 1) The version of Chrome used to download the file 2) The url for a file that reproduces the problem (that we have access to) And if there is a Save As dialog box involved: 3) What the Save As dialog box suggests as file name and what the "Save as type" combo box contains. 4) What the user selects as a filename and file type 5) What the file ends up being named on disk once the user has saved the file -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
