As the developer says, this must be related to the firing of timers.
Timers are
fired from within WebKit code which is unrelated to V8 and which we share
with Safari
(the only difference is that we allow timers to fire faster than they do I
believe).
Since Safari has this issue, it still looks like a general WebKit timer
firing issue
to me.
