New issue 5180 by Jason.Strese: Delayed button-image reaction http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5180 Chrome Version : 0.5.155.0 r6424 URLs (if applicable) : N/A Other browsers tested: N/A Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 3: N/A Firefox 3: N/A IE 7: N/A What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Left-Click (don't release mouse button, don't move [at all]) any of these buttons: the (X) on tabs, the window buttons on the Chrome window (Minimize, Close, Resize) 2. Notice how the buttons image stays the same until the mouse moves a pixel What is the expected result? The image should update What happens instead? Apparently, it waits for the mouse to move before it updates. If the mouse remains entirely still when left-clicking the button, it will not update until the mouse is moved. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. This has been relevant on most releases (if not all) of Chrome. I was expecting it to be fixed, however now I'm doubting that it has been realized =P I've tried this on: XP (x86), Vista (x64), Vista (x86) -- this issue persists on all operating systems -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
