Find a file on your computer (any filetype) 2. Write the location of the file into the browser using File:/// 3. Click enter and notice Chrome downloading the file to the Downloads folder What is the expected result? That it wouldnt make a replica off the file your linking to What happens instead? It creates a replica off the file your downloading Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Firefox and Internet Explorer doesn't download the file and make a replica it just shows it instead.
