The link http://gears.google.com does not point to an installer for Google Gears, but rather gives a brief description of it. The link http://code.google.com/apis/gears/ has a link titled "install" which just points back to the other. Is this perhaps a temporary bug? Anyway, if anyone successfully installed Google Gears, does it even solve the "Confirm Form Resubmission" problem ("CFR")? There is widespread reporting of this bug spanning over the past four months, and the lack of change is disturbing. Is there any evidence anywhere that Google is doing ANYTHING about this?!?! Have they even said so much as they refuse to fix it? COME ON GOOGLE!!!
