Thank you for the dump files you provided us.
Unfortunately, both are heap corruptions, so the dumps won't help us unless
we turn on
heap checking because by the time it crashes the culprit is no longer on
the stack, as
I commented in issue 3269.
What I recommend is that you follow the instructions in comment 14 in this
bug to
enable heap checking for Chrome:
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3269#c14
Please note that while heap checking (gflags) is active, it will make Chrome
unbearably slow so I recommend closing all tabs but 1, then closing Chrome,
enabling
gflags and go straight for the save as dialog and try to reproduce the
crash.
If you manage to generate a dump file, turn off gflags (also described in
comment 14)
and send me the dump over email.
