New issue 5388 by mrshlee: Background colour missing outside of divs  
(sometimes)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
The background should be completely black

What happens instead?
White areas are shown at the bottom of the page..

Hitting the button to trigger the lightbox 2 image causes the whole screen
to turn black as expected.

Reloading the page has been known to fix the issue.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
