vineetp13, answer your question "How do I change the timezone setting in my chrome to make it show 7 PM IST than 7 PM Pacific Standard Time which it is doing now": Chrome uses your operating system's time zone settings, for Windows XP, it's like "Date and Time Settings"-->"Time Zone". Make sure your system setting is correct, and then launch your chrome and load your page, see if the problem has been resolved.
