This bug is still true when not using --magic_browzR, but that will soon change. The functionality seems to have been updated for Chrome 1.0.154.36 _WITH_ --magic_browzR The new frame drawing code does not seem to allow dragging a tab into the taskbar, so it seems this bug will go away?
