Comment #1 on issue 5467 by sbeeson: Strange delay when reusing a tab http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5467
I uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome with no change. To elaborate on the bug, here is an example of the problem. If I open a tab and type "spoofee.com" into the address bar it will immediately begin loading the page. I then type in "youtube.com" and hit enter. It doesn't do anything. It takes approximately 20 to 30 seconds for the spinning indicator to even appear, then it will load the page normally. I can then close the tab, open a new one and do the same thing in reverse. I first go to youtube and it goes immediately, I then go to spoofee and experience the delay. I've also noticed that the tab is unresponsive during this process; I cannot close it. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
