      Safari 3: N/A
     Firefox 3: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to about:memory
2. Hover over the "?" icon next to the word "Summary" at the top-left
corner

What is the expected result?
The shadow should be placed according to the position of the hover-dialog

What happens instead?
The shadow is offset from the position of the dialog

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium x64, SP2

Note: revision r7081 was used from chromium build-bot repository
