Actually Chrome does just zoom text (Ctrl - and Ctrl +) or (Ctrl mouse
wheel up and down).
I'm more interested in what will happen when full page zoom (Issue 690)
lands into the
public releases.
Will text-only-zoom disappear forever after that? This bug can be
considered a request to
preserve the _OPTION_ to allow text-only-zoom for those people who want
that.

Provide option for text only zoom in Chrome
