***The behavior is same with all the browsers***
The mouseUp event on flash object behaves as a click and opens the popup
irrespective
of where the mouseDown event happens. Looks like flash doesn't care where
the
mouseDown event happened.
Steps
-----
1. Go to http://webmessenger.yahoo.com/
2. Have the un-maximized browser window and double click on the title bar
but keep
holding the second click
3. Move the mouse pointer on to the link "Sign in as Invisible" and release
the mouse
button
The above steps will open a popup in all the browsers
