bring up JavaScript debugger on a spread sheet.

Just talked to Anthony.
On a spread sheet, this happens only with Ctrl+Shift+L, Not with any other
shortcuts
you name it (shift+Esc, Ctrl+k, blah..blah). Reopening it.
