Since this isn't a Chrome specific issue, I'm marking this bug as WontFix.
If you
can, I'd request that you please write into that other site and ask them to
support
Chrome (companies tend to put more weight on customer feedback/ requests
and we
definitely appreciate the help and evangelism).
