Install Microsoft New Phonetic IME in Vista Control Panel for Tradition Chinese Input; 2. Open Chrome/Chromium, start New Phonetic IME in language bar; 3. Input character 'l', and Chrome/Chromium will not response anymore. What is the expected result? Chrome should not be stop response. What happens instead?
