New issue 5920 by yurkennis: Ctrl-Shift-L should be given to current page
first
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5920

Chrome Version : 1.0.154.42
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open http://ar.sky.ru/wikiedit/
2. Type Ctrl-Shift-L

What is the expected result?
Bulleted list should start, per http://wackowiki.com/wikiedit#h4864-6

What happens instead?
Javascript Debugger opens

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Ctrl-Shift-L should be first given to the current page; if it doesn't want
it, a JS Debugger can be launched. This is the way FireFox and IE behave.
