Which version of flash do you have? There's a chance that you might have
Flash9.
Please install flash10 from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ as
these kind
of issues have been fixed. If it still doesn't work even after flash10 is
installed,
please do let us know your system configuration.
