No, this does NOT work for Firefox 3. For other browsers:
Chrome - FAIL, Safari 3 - FAIL, Opera 9 - FAIL, Firefox 3 - FAIL, only
IE - OK
The inner div only shows black in IE because of the extra CSS stuff within
an HTML
_comment_ started by "<!--[if IE]>". All that stuff is a comment and is
corrected
ignored by the other browsers. The fact that IE parses that stuff is a bug
in IE.
This is not a Chrome bug. Invalid or Evangelism.
