This evolved into a larger conversation about standard plugin/browser  
behavior.

Some browsers might interpret 'incognito' as just "not saving cookies"  
whereas others
may interpret it as "save no cached data at all", and others may say it  
means "do
nothing", and so on.  Given that multiple browsers will have multiple  
interpretations
of 'incognito', what does this mean for the plugin?  How should the plugin  
(Flash, in
this case) behave to be consistent?

Right now, we are working to answer what "incognito" should mean for  
different
browsers & plugin creators.
