Comment #1 on issue 5588 by [email protected]: The Chrome installer does
not run itself as an administrator (on Windows Vista), so it can't set
itself as the default browser.

Mark, since default browser checkbox is selected by default should we start
elevating
on Vista if user leaves it checked?
