System level googleupdate.exe is for managing any system level products and
user
level googleupdate.exe manages user level installs (like Chrome). there are
other
bugs on file that request option to turn off GoogleUpdate.exe or more
control over
it, so I am going to close this one since two googleupdate.exe is possible
depending
on which google products are installed.
