Thanks for the bug report.  The problem is not caused by the
Entrust certificate of that server, but rather caused by the
invalid HTTP response sent by the server.  The WinHTTP library,
used by Google Chrome 1.0.154.36, is very strict on HTTP
responses.  As Sunand noted, the new HTTP stack (used in
trunk builds) is more tolerant and accepts this invalid
HTTP response.
