This repros very easily on 2.0.156.0 (Developer Build 7587)
1. Open http://www.google.com/chrome
2. Click on the language drop down
3. Attempt to use the scrollbar to display the bottom of the list
Expected result:
Scroll bar can move all the way to the bottom and is drawn correctly.
Actual:
Scroll bar freezes halfway down the list and is drawn incorrectly. It is
still
possible to see all of the items in the list but the scroll bar is clearly
broken.
