Ok. I can reproduce the bug with the OS default codepage set to Korean(949)  
in the
release build, but the trunk is Ok as Xiaolu wrote. This is rather strange  
because
the relevant code hasn't changed (afaik) since our release.

Somehow I couldn't capture HTTP response from Yahoo for attachment download  
that
includes Content-Disposition header. YahooMail may be emitting different  
responses
depending on Chrome version, but that's not so likely.

The HTTP header captured in Firefox3 (with LiveHTTPHeader or Firebug) shows  
that
Yahoo emits a broken C-D header. It uses a 'half-baked' (broken) RFC  
2231-style
encoding for filename parameter. BTW, it may emit something different to  
other
browsers.
